WORLD CLASS BOATING AND FISHING

The Cannonsgate Marina is a 75 slip marina located on the Bogue Sound Intercostal Water Way. This marina serves the residents of Cannonsgate: a private 525 lot gated community. The 75 slips in the marina have deeds and are all privately owned. To own a slip you must be a lot owner in Cannonsgate. As a slip owner you can lease your slip only to a Cannonsgate lot owner.

The slip sizes are 35, 40, 50, and 60 feet. Each has its own power and water connection. The water is turned off November through March of each year to prevent water lines from freezing. Cannonsgate has two boat storage facilities with 100 spots available for lease at the rate of $400/year.
